We believe each of our South Tampa clients are unique, and as such, we develop customized programs. We absolutely do not follow any "cookie-cutter", pre-set programs. The driving forces for the design of your program are your goals. We help you achieve your health and wellness goals using safe, proven, exercise principles including; circuit training, pilates, yoga, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, American Dietetic Association, and many others.
Key point: Each and everyone of your personal training sessions are completed in one of our three Davis Island located private, individual exercise suites.
Directed by your health and wellness goals, your experience will feature a combination
