Personal Training 

We believe each of our clients are unique, and as such, we develop customized programs.  We absolutely do not follow any "cookie-cutter", pre-set programs.  The driving forces for the design of your program are your goals.  We help you achieve your health and wellness goals using safe, proven, exercise principles including; circuit training, pilates, yoga, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, American Dietetic Association, and many others.


Key point:  Each and everyone of your personal training sessions are completed in one of our three private, individual exercise suites.
